So I’m leaving this anonymously because it’s not like I want to harm anyone’s business I just want to be heard.
I used your service just like I had multiple times before because I previously thought it was fast and reliable. It’s a tough season so I even understand games not going well. However, the person working on my order not only was unable to salvage the situation even after 55 games (I paid for 3 net wins) they had deranked me by 5 divisions total.
Worse still, they got my account flagged for the first time and it’s now been silenced.
When expressing my dissatisfaction and frustration to customer support, I got no empathy and basically was told I was getting what I paid for. So I don’t trust this service and I don’t recommend it, not because the mistake happened, but because when a mistake does happen this org will not take responsibility in any way shape or form.
